What we process

Raindance AI processes account details, uploaded media, generation instructions, payment records, and operational logs needed to provide and secure the service.

Why we use data

We use this information to authenticate users, validate authorized uploads, create and deliver videos, record purchases and credits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with law.

Media and generated files

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Photos and generation instructions are sent to SeeAPI for safety checks and to APIMart to create the requested video. A completed result is copied back into our private storage for your account download. These providers may process data outside your country.

We have not set a fixed automatic deletion period for uploaded photos or generated videos. They remain available with your account until deleted under a request or an applicable operational or legal requirement. Please download any result you want to keep.

Service providers

Supabase hosts our account and task database; Cloudflare R2 stores media; SeeAPI checks submitted and generated content; APIMart processes video requests. Google Analytics may receive website usage data when analytics is enabled. Waffo will process checkout information when purchases open. We share data only as needed for these functions and do not sell uploaded photos or generated videos.

Payments

Payment providers process payment credentials. Raindance AI stores transaction references and entitlement records, not raw card details.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by writing to support@raindanceaigen.com. We may need to verify account ownership first. Some transaction, security, backup, and compliance records may be retained where necessary or legally required.

Children

The service is not intended for children. Uploads must depict consenting adults, and users must have permission to use every submitted photo.

Independent service

Raindance AI is an independent AI creation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dave, Tems, any record label, TikTok, Instagram, or their parent companies.
